I’ve been qualified as a Creative Kinesiologist for over ten years. I live in Beddgelert in Snowdonia, North Wales where I have a lively practice. My current emphasis is on passing on the jewels I have been taught. I teach Life Tracking, foundation level CK, and Way of the Tracker. In the 1990s, at a stressful time in my life, word of mouth led me to Carrie Jost the head of C.K. as a client. I then trained with her in Touch for Health and Way of the Tracker.
After more than ten years of doing this stuff, I’m still blown away by how intelligent we are as multi-dimensional beings, i.e walking bundles of mind-body-spirit and emotions, by how we can change and transform, and by how brilliant Creative Kinesiology is at facilitating that change. The vital context that I work within is working in people’s highest and best interests. I can only find out what that is by working together with my clients, by working with an intent and by double checking everything with the body by muscle testing.
I’m still astonished by the breadth of what can be worked with, everything from those who have worked with a crisis of faith or life direction, to a client who wants to stay mobile into her eighties, and another who wants to be able to do up her bra again! I am also a Reiki Master, a massage therapist and have worked within a Native American shamanic tradition for many years. And last but no means least I am a besotted mother and grandmother of two small girls.
I offer mentoring sessions to practitioners of Creative Kinesiology.
I teach the LifeTracking Foundation in Creative Kinesiology as well as the professional training, Way of the Tracker.
