I first came across Kinesiology about 18 years ago, its capacity to bring about positive change in my life and my clients lives has never failed to inspire and fascinate me. I love its simplicity and strength and its ability to gently unveil the unique story of you that your body wishes to tell. I have found it an effective approach in helping to move through personal challenges and navigate life in a more resourced and empowered way.
I have a background in mental health and counselling and over 18 years experience of energy healing modalities. Another of my passions is for the teachings of the ancient Inca Shamanic traditions of the Quero and I have studied extensively with Chris Waters of Spirit of the Inca and Nicky Motte of the Everyday Shaman. I have also been to Peru and travelled and worked with the indigenous Shaman there. These teachings add a further dimension and depth to my work.
I've tried many healing modalities but I find that Creative Kinesiology is the most effective. It's helped me tremendously in my life. It's a great way to shift and discover more of myself in an empowering and graceful way. Working with Julie has been a wonderful support. I trust her completely and feel very safe in our sessions. I'm really grateful to have found her and Kinesiology!
Thanks for all the hard work with me this year I'm a different person thanks to you.
I offer mentoring sessions to CK practitioners.
Designed to help you grow and develop, mentoring sessions can be an effective support. Whether newly qualified or an 'old hand', mentoring provides a safe space to explore any issues or challenges you may be experiencing, recieve a balance or review techniques.
