I love the way Creative Kinesiology helps you listen to your body’s inner truth and the approach that your symptoms and difficulties, whatever they are, are actually your body speaking to you. Within a session I hold a safe space so that I can help you find out what your body is saying to you. Over a series of sessions your story can unfold so you may move through stress. I have personally found this gentle approach very effective in finding purpose and meaning in life, the business of living, and self empowerment.
My background includes over 15 years experience in bodywork, energy healing, mindfulness meditation, and an on-going passion for indigenous teachings and ancient healing ceremonies. This interest has led me to travel and study in Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru and Australia. I have worked with the Native American Medicine Wheel and the Mayan Calendar Fire Teachings for many years and bring any of these aspects into sessions if relevant for you.
I mentor and teach Creative Kinesiology at Foundation and Professional level, as well as hold workshops on the Native American Medicine Wheel and the Mayan Calendar from Guatemala. Are you interested in a Mayan Astrology Chart? Please get in touch.

A heartfelt thank you for all your love, care and skill to help me. I truly would not be standing without you.
First off I felt very safe. The pace you went was just right, and I never felt awkward taking a long time to think something through. You reassuringly allowed me to go at my own pace. I think this is one of your exceptional gifts - leaving space, listening into the silence. Thank you.
I offer mentoring sessions to Creative Kinesiology practitioners, and also happily give these supportive sessions to those within other caring professions. You can see me in person in Exeter or Exmouth, or by Skype.
I have found mentoring sessions to be important support, whether you are newly qualified or have been working in the field for years. It can be easy to feel isolated or alone as a therapist, and mentoring provides a safe space to talk, receive a Creative Kinesiology balance, as well as to discuss the challenges of private practice, client relationships or coaching.
I have over 10 years experience of teaching Creative Kinesiology and love this style or working. I enjoy encouraging and supporting budding practitioners to be the best they can be, and helping them discover and express their unique gifts and talents.
I have recently been running intensives so that those living at distance or in other countries may attend. I enjoy the full immersion style of teaching intensively and the rich mix that different nationalities coming together brings. I am currently running a professional Perceptual BodyTracking course in Devon.
Learning with Judith on the LifeTracking and Way of the Tracker courses has been one of the joys of my life. She brings lightness, curiosity and enthusiasm to her teaching, creating an atmosphere of openness, exploration and acceptance. Judith embodies spiritual integrity, respect for each person and their process, and a great love of the Creative Kinesiology theory and techniques she is passing to her students. With her wisdom and deep understanding of the body and the spirit, she holds each individual and the group through an incredible journey of personal discovery. I am forever grateful for the profound transformation she has inspired in me.
Judith is a fantastic teacher, with tonnes of experience and a deep understanding of kinesiology and energy medicine. Learning with Judith is a co-creative process where teacher and student are both part of a dynamic flow, one which instructs and reveals at the same time as it heals. LifeTracking with Judith inspired me to look at myself - my talents and abilities as well as the things that hold me back - and to see my path as a healer more clearly. She teaches with insight and humour, holding a safe space for whatever needs to be seen.
