I am wife, mother, grandmother, lunar gardener and cider maker, sentient being, singer, dancer and wannabe cosmologist, living in South Herefordshire and actively involved in my local, rural community. My kinesiology training began in 2007 with Touch for Health. Realising I had discovered something wonderful that could benefit so many, I wanted to learn more. I joined the Creative Kinesiology School and completed the professional trainings in Perceptual Bodywork in 2009 and Way of the Tracker in 2011. Always seeking to expand what I can offer my clients, I am currently engaged on the Perceptual BodyTracking course.
Discretion and confidentiality are very important to me and something I respect with all others. Sometimes our deepest needs go unheard and this can cause us tremendous difficulties and pain when they take hold of our unconscious thought patterns or lodge in our bodies. I have compassion and sensitivity towards whatever difficulties are brought to a session, and accompany my clients, deeply listening to, and honouring their stories as they unfold. This may take several sessions as we track back, through muscle testing, to the root disturbances, and discover the, often simple, techniques required to facilitate deep and lasting change.
I practice mainly from home in my specially built Well Room - partly named through the discovery of a hidden well during its creation. I am also a Reiki practitioner, trained to Master Teacher level, a passionate and long-term practitioner of TaiChi, and recently became an apprentice on the Beauty Way Medicine Path of the Native American tradition. I am planning to start a series of short 'Wellness Workshops' next spring.
