Mayan Medicine Wheel Winter Solstice Workshop with Judith Hart

These healing workshops are based upon the Mayan tradition and the Native American Medicine Wheel. They are a chance to give back to Mother Earth as well as a place to do our own inner healing work. This powerful time of the Winter Solstice, is for dropping deep into the body and dreaming into the Earth. We will be focussing on the Earth Element and the West direction of the Mayan Calendar and Native American Medicine Wheel.

The West relates to the body, intuitive wisdom and the deep, mature magic of the Earth. Let us harness this energy for healing whilst honouring our bodies and the wisdom they hold. There will be time to experience a Mayan Fire Ceremony outside on the Land, which is an offering to Mother Earth and a way to nourish the Spirit of the Land, as well a wonderful way to pray for your own life.

The Mayan days are "5 Imox", a visionary energy, bringing change and transformation and helping us think outside the box, and "6 Iq", a beautiful energy for deep healing and clarity of the mind.

These Teachings are shared in a practical, experiential way both outside in Nature, and inside experiencing more about the Medicine Wheel and Mayan Energies.
Please be aware that because the Mayan Fire Ceremony is an offering from you to Mother Earth, there is a small extra cost for the ritual materials needed to take part in the Ceremony.

Cost £160

Self-catering accommodation is available.

Forthcoming Dates:

24 & 25 March 2018: Spring Equinox Workshop
