Water Element K-based CPD - Journey with the Five Elements, with Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder & Carol Lee

This workshop is recognised as Kinesiology based CPD by the Kinesiology Federation of GB

The Water Element brings containment, restoring, reflection and getting in touch with our deepest essence and potential. It is at its height in the Winter, the most yin time of the year where nature is stripped back to its bare minimum presenting us with a sense of starkness and awe.

This one day K- based CPD will focus on the many aspects of the Water element in the season when it is most potent.

You will:

  • Find out how to use the law of the 5 elements at a deeper level for yourself and your clients
  • Explore in depth the Shen and Ko cycle and how the elements relate to each other.
  • Bring balance to the water element using Kinesiology and seasonal nutritional support.
  • Gain 7.5 kinesiology based CPD hours per workshop

It is a requirement to have completed a professional training in Kinesiology to take part in this day.

The workshop is facilitated by Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder, Kinesiology practitioner & teacher and Carol Lee, Natural Nutrition teacher & practitioner.

Handouts and refreshments provided, please bring your own lunch or lunch to share, no nuts please.

Cost: £85
£25 deposit will secure your place
